Become a Mentor

To become a CCPIA Mentor, you must:

• be a CCPIA member in good standing;
• be a CCPIA Certified Commercial Property Inspector;
• have been performing commercial property inspections for at least three years;
• agree to assist other CCPIA members on a volunteer basis with guidance and informal instruction. This assistance may include providing academic support, reviewing their inspection reports, giving instructional feedback, and setting an example of scholarly and professional conduct;
• agree to not charge for your mentorship, or promote or sell any type of service; and
• agree to treat all CCPIA members with respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or unprofessional behavior within our community.
