This type of property is a great stepping-stone for residential inspectors getting into the commercial sector. \nWe’ll review processes and procedures for devising an organized plan. Many of these buildings have similar systems\, like the HVAC and electrical\, so organization is vital. We’ll perform a mock inspection and review an actual inspection report.
